Short delivery times – very complex geometries – small batch sizes: Our patented cutting process is used in all these cases. Here we cut contours in the foam continuously in one step from a large foam block. This results in very sharp and true-to-shape contours with a surface that feels rough. The foam itself retains its excellent softness and uniformity as well as all properties, such as the fire class and thermal conductivity value. Above all, the foam retains its close cell structure and does not absorb moisture.
