With a total area of over 70,000 m², we have sufficient space for the warehousing, picking and development of plastic profiles. We produce multi strand extrusion tooling, apparatuses, peripheral equipment and machines to optimise the production process in extrusion technology in our in-house toolmaking facility.
We can adapt the extruders as required. As a result, our customers have access to high-quality special machines and special systems that are not available anywhere else. In addition, we process different powder and granulate-based plastics and elastomers (PVC, ASA, HD-PE, W-PVC, TPV, TPU) on our single and twin-screw extruders or permanently bond different plastics together by means of 2K extrusion. In our in-house mixing facility, we create project-specific formulations and therefore cover the widest possible material requirements. In this way, we create additional product advantages – with which our customers score points in the market.
We identify the exact needs in our initial communication and work in partnership with our customers to support them through all phases of the profile production – especially by developing new processes and formulations.
