Process Technician for plastic and rubber technology
If you like technical work, you are in the right place: In this profession, you are responsible for the operation and monitoring of machines. You pay close attention to the parameters and machine settings and make sure that the fine adjustments also work. The materials are also exciting: As the name suggests, the two materials that you work with are mainly plastic and rubber – from our point of view, these are materials with a clear future.

You will learn this during your training as a process technician for plastic and rubber technology at GARGIULO:
- You will become familiar with extrusion machines – with everything associated with them: Setting up, starting up, monitoring and operating the machines. Cleaning and maintenance are also part of your tasks.
- You will identify faults in the machines – and how to eliminate them. This will make you an important guarantor for trouble-free production. This will mean: You can also carry out minor repairs and conversions on the machines independently.
- You will perform checks and measurements. This will ensure that the work in the entire department runs smoothly. You will work together with the Development and Quality Management department. Of course, you will document all important parameters exactly.

Tool Technician
Here it is your job to produce tools of all kinds for industrial series production. You will work with the materials of the future because you will mainly produce metal and plastic parts. Drilling, milling, turning, eroding, filing, polishing, … – As a tool technician, you will learn to read technical drawings and produce tools exactly to specified dimensions.

You will learn this during your training as a tool technician at GARGIULO:
- You will make sure that our machines and equipment work. You will work in normal shifts.
- You will work with us when we produce new tools and equipment. You will monitor that the individual parts are produced in accordance with the drawing and on time. You will also create CNC programs for this purpose, i.e. digital programs for controlling machine tools.
- You will make sure that our production tools are handled carefully, i.e., that they will work for a long time – and improve them if possible. In addition, you will procure raw materials and materials that are necessary for this.

INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Here you are a real all-rounder and, depending on your specialisation, can be employed in order management, finance and human resources, marketing or sales, for example. You will usually work in the office, but sometimes you will also be out and about in the warehouse or on the production floor. Your day-to-day work will include commercial tasks such as preparing production documents, price and goods lists, freight and delivery documents or various calculations. You will also be in regular contact with the individual production departments, quality assurance, customers and suppliers.

This is what you will learn during your training as an industrial management assistant at GARGIULO:
- You will pass through various departments, such as order management, finance, purchasing, human resources, sales, logistics and IT, giving you a comprehensive insight into the commercial areas of an industrial company.
- You will support the organisation of production processes, communicate with customers, suppliers and business partners, order and sell goods and take care of the administration of various business processes in the company.
- During your training, you will familiarise yourself with business management contexts and lay the foundations for your career path.
